June OAC CAMP

Well it is very hard to remember the memories I had at the camp but I will try to remember some details.
Day1:We had our fishing activity at changi.It was really fun even though I didn't catch anything but the trill and excitment of wondering what you would catch is still fun.
Day 2:We only played some games and also had a hike I think there were more activities but unfortunately,I can't remember.
Day 3:we helped Miss Phua with the BBQ preperation and after the dinner we went for a night trail which I really enjoyed.

CHR OAC JUNE CAMP 2010

Erm hi?

I forget some things of what happened during the June camp but at least i did my job by doing the blog.

So,the first thing was we go to school to take bus to Changi to meet the sec 2s and 3s.When we already meet them,we built crafts and sandcastles then we throw water bombs at other peoples sandcastles.Very fun.After that we had lunch then we go fishing.I don't know whether i got catch fish or not.After that we finally go to the chalet then we go through the rules.After that we ate dinner(i think) then go sleep.Oh,and that was the 1st day.

Then during the 2nd day,early in the morning got PT.Then we go play captains ball,volleyball and freeze-b(don't know how to spell).Then we went back to our chalet play soccer on sitting on chair then do the running thing.After that got long break then got BBQ.Then we go night walk(or maybe that was on the first day).Then after that bathe then sleep(IN THE AIR-CORN ROOM)

Third day,go PT, then we tidy the chalet,took bus then GO HOME.

trying to remember wat happened..
Day 1
went to school to board the bus and went to changi beach... same place at the kayking places.. met our seniors there. played water bomb.i had fun destorying other people's sandcastles and defending them.. our sandcastle was the 'last sandcastle standing"=D. after lunch, we went fishing. my group was the 1st to catch i fish.. i was very happy then. but after 2 fishes were caught, a i felt a hard tug on the fishing pole.. i pulled it and the string broke..valent toe got 'hooked'.poor thing. then went to chalet.dinner was good as i was very hungry.my group have to clean up and i learne i few skills..during bedtime,Addison broke the bed but we fixed it..and we went ZZZ.
Day 2
1st thing in the morning was PT..followed by breakfast...then we went to changi beach again by walking.....!we played volleyball, captain ball,frisbee.it rained so we went to the shelter. then, we went back taking public bus and played games like chair soccer.dinner was bbq and it really nice. i can taste the food now..(so hungry..)then soon ZZZ
Day 3
we ran to the beach to do PT the scenery was great as it was my 1st time watching the sunrise at a beach.then we did area cleaning at the chalet and finally went back home...

Hey Peoplezxc!
Had forgotten almost what we had done for JUNE camp.
But will try to remember as much as i can. (:

Day 1:
Went to school first and boarded the bus full of secondaryone students. (:
Reached Changi beach to meet up with our seniors there and we had activities planned for us already.Next,we went to put our bag under a bigbig shelter and went on with our activities.
So, we build sandcastles and played Water Bomb. After lunch,we did fishing and some of us did not even fish anything UP! Next, we went to take the PUBLIC bus to the Chalet, my group members and some of the groups gets to go first. After reaching, we were assigned to different rooms, and after that,we had DINNER! it was superb! After that, we had group time and had loads of laughter.
After our group time,we went up to our "BEDROOM" to prepare for sleeping and we talked a lot with each other in ROOM 2 as we all are waiting for our turn just for the bathroom. and after that,we went to sleep.

Day 2:
woke up and had to do PT and after that,we had breakfast,and my group had to do cleaning,but we had fun doing the cleaning especially for those doing in the kitchen. Instead of cleaning,we went there chatting and cleaning at the same time. After that,we played games and all. After that,night came and we took a stroll nearby the beach,we had lots of fun as we get to stroll and see things that we did not see at the other side of Changi Beach. And after that,had a little time with our groups and after that,we all went to bath and all of us slept soundly for the night.

Day 3:
Woke up,did PT and we were asked to clean the chalet,so some of our groups combine together and started cleaning up together.Cleaned,Packed,waited for the leaders and all to end their meeting and we,secondaryone were in the living room,charging phones,using phones,sleeping and talking,after that it was time to GO! Some of us slept really soundly on the bus,reached school and went off to take group pictures and went home after that.

Sorry,I had to remember hard but i just couldn't so this was some of the AWESOME things we did.

OAC June camp

Ello everyone! Although June camp was over and that I didn't write till now but I think I still have some memory about it in my mind... ...

Day 1,

The sec 1s got to the Changi beach by bus, it was jam packed like siao inside the bus with the luggages and stuff. We reached there in like a thousand years. Jk. I think it's about an hour I think. Then we played games and stuff, games like building sandcastles and feeling plastic bags with water to attack the other groups' sandcastles, the fun was in chaos man! Then after that was lunch I think. After lunch, we went to fish with our homemade rods, but when we caught some fishes, someone then realised that we were not supposed to fish here. HAHAHAHA. LOLS.
We were fishing half way when Valent kena hooked by a fishing hook, OUCH. He had a 'present' to bring back home. Then we went back to the chalet by public bus. It was like a thousand people in a very small bus. *exaggerated* We then had our rooms planned out. The teachers got a room, the girls had two rooms and the boys had to be seperated as one group sleeps in the living room while the other sleeps in an aircon room, but they needed to switch.

Day 2,

It was very tiring to be awake by 5, true! Serious one lah. Then we went back to the beach to play captain's ball, frisbee and volleyball. We had to return to the chalet because of the wet weather that came. We ended up playing chair soccer, trust run and the alphabet game. They were fun and cool man! Plus we had bbq for dinner.

Day 3,

We woke up, did all the necessary things and we went for a 'stroll'. After that, we had to do area cleanup and we cleaned out the rooms. We took the logistics out, some of us had to clean the toilets... ... (smelly man...) JK. We took our things and headed to the bus and prepared ourselves for the yet again, the long awaited thousand hours journey back home.

Aw.... I almost forget what exactly happen ... :x

Day 1 :

We went there by bus (: . And it was like fill when sec 1 (:

When we reached there ,

We saw some of the senior already there . since they went to palua ubin :p

erm we then went to build sandcastle , Feel plastic bags with water then att the other grps (:

then after lunch, we did fishing . Well , I was like there walking around and fishing awhile i went to slack :x . Then after that , we went to the chalet. By PUBLIC BUS . Luckly there less ppl (;! OMG ... Its so big...

The dinner coooked by the kicten crew is nice (:

THen we split rooms A grp of boys sleep one room while the other grp sleep in the living room.

While the girls all sleep in 2 rooms :D.

ANd the teachers took a room (: .

One thing i hate is if we want to bathe... we need to queue till very long.. :/

then at abt 12am ++ . Everyone fall asleep (: . Some of them even snore :D

Day 2

We went bk the beach to do our activities (:

Played volleyball , frisbee and captain ball (:

then went back to the chalet due to bad weather

We play the trust run , CHair soccer [FUN!] and Alphabet game (: !

We also had bbq for dinner (: .

We also use the time left before we go to bathe to catch up on ourselves (:

Day 3..

We woke up early , Walk around as morning exercise, then went bk to the chalet to clean it up (:

One thing i hate abt the logistic is i got blue ink on my shirt :/ For carrying it

When we are all at school , We took a OAC PHOTO (: !

OAC july camp

Okay,i know the july camp is way over.Therefore i will write what i remember only pardon me for any spelling mistakes.
Day one
We arrived at 'Changi Beach' after a long journey.There were activities such as raft building&building sand castle.We had our lunch after the activities mentioned above,i had a cup of instant noodles.Yummy!After lunch,we learned how to fish using only a pole and bait.My group or team caught two cute small fish.However my friend cum senior was injured when he accidently stepped on a fishing hook.We proceed to the nearest bus interchange and took our bus to the chalet.Finally,after a long and tiring day we reached the chalet.We were assigned to our rooms and told to gather at the living room.We had pasta for dinner,it was delicious!
Day two
We woke up early for a morning run,as i had a bad night my friends had to wake me up.We started the day with bread and egg and other bread spread.We walked back to the beach and played games liked captain ball and volley ball.However it rained suddenly so we scattered for shelter.As the rain did not last long,we make our way back to the chalet for group time.I played twister with a different group whereas my group was watching television upstairs.I am not surprised if they found out that i was not with them.We ended the night with a delicious barbecue,which i had helped in.Personally,i ate three chicken wings in a go.It tasted like heaven.
Day three
As usually,we started the morning with a run.As it was the last day,it would means cleaning day.My group was in charge of the second floor.At around late morning,we bid farewell to the wonderful chalet.We took a personal bus back to school,and after a briefing we were allow to go home.Home Sweet Home!
Personal reflection
This was the greatest camp ever!I hope that 'OAC' will organise more of such camps and activities.My favourite part of the camp was building a raft,fishing and going home.Yeah......So this is my reflection of the july camp

Camp in June Holiday

How time flies and the camp was so long ago. A lot of things happened and I learnt quite a number of things in the camp.
Day 1
First of all, I remembered that there are logistics to settle and about 8.30am, the bus came and went to Changi. Then bought some vegetables and went to Pulau Ubin and the thing that I remembered deeply was the jerrycan.(It was like so heavy!) Then we went to the campsite and pitched the tents and ate lunch.Then we cycled round the island and had outdoor cooking for dinner. From this, I learnt that sand is a natural detergent. Then we went for a night trail and it was fun. Then reflection and sleep.
Day 2
Woke up at 6.00am and we unpitched the tents and had breakfast. Then we had outdoor cooking like the twisted dough, egg in an orange and so on and we set up a basha then went back to Changi! Then we pitched the tents at the Changi beach and went to dinner. We had 2 hours of free time as we are early as scheduled! During the free time, I went to bath in the public (there are fences surrounding the bathing areas) and to my surprise, I was chosen to be one of the I.C. for tomorrow's first activity with the Sec 1s. Then reflections then sleep.
Day 3
Woke up at 6.00am again and had breakfast. The other I.C.s and me arrange the logistics for the activity with the Sec 1s which is rafting and building the sandcastle and trying to bomb other people's sandcastle with a water bomb. It was fun although I did not join and after the activity, we went for lunch then in the afternoon, we learnt how to fish and fish at the river where the jetties stop when travelling to Pulau Ubin to and fro.Then we went to the Changi Fairy Point chalet and had dinner there. Then I forgot what did we do after dinner and then went to sleep.
Day 4
Woke up at 6.00am again and had PT again and had breakfast. We played games like chair soccer and so on then some of the people went to prepare for the BBQ dinner by setting the fire while the people who has nothing to do watch a movie called Into The Wild. Nice movie. And after dinner, I forgot what we do and went to sleep.
Day 5
It was the last day of the camp and we packed and left the chalet at 10.00am. We reached school at about 11 lo 12am and we took pictures and went home.

What a memorable camp.

June Camp

June Camp, thats a WAY back. Okay, I'll just post whatever I remember. NOTE: I dont know how to spell people's names but I know how to pronounce most of them.
DAY 1
Sec1-3 (I think) build raft, then sandcastle, after that bomb other sandcastles with plastic filled with water and protect your own castle... after that have to clean up the beach and look for a cap (WHY! jkjk =D) I remembered we ate lunch or smthing bt I dunno when. Anyway, we went fishing some of us caught fishes some didnt (TOO BAD =P,JK dont take it so seriously, Im not mean, sometimes) Valent toe has fishing hook stuck inside D; . Go to chalet by public bus then SOMETHING after that we slept. Woke up about 5 times.

Day 2
We went for a run (I think) then come back eat some breakfast then go back Changi play volleyball, frisby, captains ball. Blah...Blah...Blah (I forgot). Play some games like some soccer game, something about trust and pail game OH and alphebet game. Then have BBQ and I forgot what happen after that other than sleep (YAY Air-Con =D)

Day 3
Breakfast, clean chalet(sorta), go home. <--Its like 3-4 lines shorter than the rest ._.
