Patrol Camp -Yi Chien (Group 6)
Patrol camp was not bad.. But if it was 3 days 2 nights it would have been better. We went to East Coast Park for a day, we cycled, played volleyball, waterbombs and at lunch at mac.. It would me better if we could have a mini BBQ and camp fire.. (: But overall it was fun! (:
last year i had lots of fun at OAC and hope to have more this year 2011. i hope to see more sports involved in OAC example soccer or a mini badminton competitions and more outdoor activities as in out of school activities.Oac could also have more camps maybe instead of school some sort of adventure camp. The indoor programs could also use some work.I wish all OAC members a happy new year!
Patrol Camp - Musyirah (Group 6)
Patrol camp was the most fun thing I went to during the holiday , thats because I have done nothing during the school holiday . Even if I had extra class in the holiday I ould consider that highlighs of the holiday , I know sad right my life . So anyway - back to the topic - it was a 1D2N camp , I wished it was 2D3N that time but anyways , we spent the whole day @ East Coast . There was so many dogs there (I love big ginat dogs , especially Siberian Husky<3>
I'm Musyirah and I approve this post :)

Kayaking star 2 course reflection by Lemuel Koh(3E5)(OAC)
This is the second time I have kayaking since OBS. It was held at pasir Ris beach not at changi beach. I was a little scared because of the reports that said thatthe waters there had a high level of entercocous bacteria.. For star 2, we split into 2 groups, it was good as I had a few of my good friends with me. Our instructor,May, reviwed all of star 1 kayaking skills and taught us new and interesting skills and strokes on how to control and propel the boat better. It was super cool! we also learnt rescue skills like the Eskimo bow rescue. During the last day, we went to Coney island, approx.3.3km away. That's where we did the rescue drills. It was an Exciting and informative experience for me. I would consider taking the kayaking star 3 course now..

One super super SUPER hot Friday, OAC leaders plan a navigation trip around Woodlands. The entire OAC members was divided into 4 big group. There were 4 checkpoint to complete. Different groups have different sequence to follow.... Not really familiar with this place, so i just follow wherever the my group go....er... There were question to complete at every checkpoint.... The answer to each question can be found nearby.... After completing all 4 checkpoint, we play the playground.... In the end my group arrive at school last....End:D
